Gail Fanjoy: The Art of the Possible – Aiming High in Employment First.
Ms. Fanjoy is CEO of KFI (Katahdin Friends, Inc.), an agency which provides supports for people with disabilities in the areas of community employment, supported living, and community life engagement in Maine. Having worked for KFI since 1976 she is a leader in the revolutionary shift in service delivery away from sheltered and segregated services to customized supports for people to live and work in the community. Gail is a Subject Matter Expert for the Office of Disability Employment Policy’s Employment First State Leadership Program and has consulted in the area of provider transformation in numerous states.

Brian Powers is a Comedy Hypnotist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Guest Speaker and a Professional Booking Agent with over 7,900 performances in the past 25 years. Brian has performed his comedy stage hypnosis show Powers of the Mind throughout the United States, Canada and aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. His shows have been described as comical, mesmerizing and fascinating. As the former director of the Hypnosis Center in Osage Beach and with certifications in clinical and emergency hypnosis and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotist, Brian has performed his stage show and has hypnotized over 30,000 people. Brian is now turning his attention to teaching. Many principles that he has developed from his years on the stage are being used to help people communicate better. Brian’s seminar will teach and show you that what we actually say may not be what is actually heard by those who we are communicating with and how to correct that. His seminars are designed to help you discover the many ways we input information, and why it's significant. How you may be sabotaging your own ability to communicate and why creating new patterns of behavior can help drive you forward.
